Why ThriveEd

Working at a ThriveEd school Is different.  At ThriveEd, we lead through clarity, not control. Our schools aren’t micromanaged — they’re trusted to innovate boldly while staying anchored in evidence and what works.

Our educators don’t just teach lessons — they live out the ThriveWay: a practical, research-based framework built on practices proven to make a disproportionate difference in student learning and wellbeing. If you’re tired of rigid systems and copy-paste schools, it’s time for something different. At ThriveEd, we trust educators to lead with imagination and purpose. You’ll be empowered, supported, and set free to do what matters most — to shape the intellectual, social, emotional, behavioural, and moral growth of the next generation. You’ll help build the kind of school you’ve always wanted to be part of.

Ready for something different?

At ThriveEd, we’ve flipped the script on hiring. Instead of sending your CV into the abyss, you’ll complete a short online interview — three practical, real-world questions — at a time that suits you, from the comfort of your home.

We know great teachers are busy, so we’ve made the process simple, flexible, and designed to let your teaching talent shine.  These questions are designed to show us what you can do – showcasing skills that might not come across in your cv. You’ll tackle real classroom moments — explaining a concept, managing behaviour, and guiding learners through tricky situations.

It’s quick, authentic, and built to show your real skill and heart.  Assessments are in Afrikaans.  To apply, please visit this link:  https://candidate.testlify.com/invite/naa-tud-zly (Three short questions. 100% online. 100% you.)
