EVENTS, MARKETING AND ALUMNAE RELATIONS ASSISTANT
to commence duties in January 2026
The Events, Marketing and Alumnae Relations Assistant provides essential support to the School’s marketing and communications function. The role assists with the coordination and delivery of events, and the administration of alumnae relations initiatives.
The successful applicant will:
- Assist with planning and running a variety of school events, including open days, parent events, and special assemblies.
- Assist with the administration of alumnae relations, including maintaining databases, coordinating communications, and supporting alumnae events.
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team as needed.
- Have strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Have a positive, professional, and approachable manner.
- Have the ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
- Have some experience in events, marketing, or communications; this is advantageous, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
