Purpose of Role
The Enrolment Administration Agent supports the end-to-end enrolment administration process. The role ensures accurate data management, timely handling of enrolment queries, and a high-quality customer experience for prospective and current families. It focuses on data processing, documentation, and adherence to procedures to maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Enrolment Administration
- Manage and monitor the enrolment applications mailbox; acknowledge and process queries within agreed times
- Receive, track, and resolve tickets from the ticket system; escalate complex issues as needed
- Process scholar transfers between campuses; update relevant systems and records
- Liaise with teams to process approved data amendments on scholar profiles
- Maintain up-to-date enrolment records in line with policies; ensure documentation is stored and accessible for audits
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor recurring issues; suggest improvements to processes and customer experience
- Contribute to improvement of enrolment systems, workflows and service delivery
- Participate in team meetings, training, and system updates
