Purpose of Role

The Commercial Data Insights Analyst provides real-time insights across the full parent lifecycle—from lead generation and enrolment to collections and customer experience. The role aims to improve decision-making, operational visibility and commercial performance by turning fragmented data into actionable insights that support enrolment growth, collections, utilisation, customer experience and profitability.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Enrolment Analytics

  • Build and manage daily, weekly and monthly enrolment dashboards
  • Track the full lead-to-enrolment funnel; identify fallout and friction points
  • Monitor lead quality, conversion rates and sales productivity
  • Analyse campaign performance across digital channels
  • Track school utilisation, enrolment growth and attrition trends; monitor ramp-up and capacity risk
  • Provide insights impacting revenue, utilisation and EBITDA

Collections Revenue Analytics

  • Produce real-time collections and cash flow reporting
  • Build debt ageing and arrears analysis (30/60/90/180+ days)
  • Track collection rate vs cash rate, and monitor payment behaviour and trends
  • Identify high-risk arrears accounts and recovery priorities
  • Analyse school-level collections performance and recovery campaigns
  • Improve visibility into payment allocation accuracy and bad debt exposure

Customer Experience Insights

  • Design and manage customer experience reporting across all parent touchpoints
  • Analyse surveys, feedback and sentiment trends; identify recurring pain points
  • Provide actionable reports to improve enrolment, billing, collections and communications
  • Track customer satisfaction, engagement and service metrics

Performance Deep Dives & Reporting

  • Conduct deep dives to identify root causes; analyse large datasets
  • Consolidate data into meaningful insights; build executive dashboards
  • Develop BI dashboards and automated reporting; support strategic decision-making
  • Build automated reporting frameworks; ensure data governance and accuracy

Minimum Requirements

Experience

  • 3–5 years in commercial analytics, sales analytics, finance analytics or business intelligence
  • Experience in high-volume operational environments
  • Experience presenting insights to senior leadership; building dashboards and executive reports
  • Experience conducting operational performance deep dives

Education & Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, multi-sheet analysis)
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio for dashboards
  • Data visualization and reporting capability; CRM and operational systems reporting
  • Strong spreadsheet modelling and analytical capability
  • SQL advantageous
