College Natural Science, Life Science and Physical Sciences Educator

Commencement Date: 01 January 2026

The King’s College & Preparatory School, Bryanston, is looking to appoint a full-time Physical Science, Natural Science and Life Science Educator. The individual needs to be innovative and passionate about teaching. The ideal candidate will need to be an experienced teacher with a proven track record of being able to engage successfully with learners.

Professional Qualifications and Personal Qualities:

The King’s College is looking for a candidate who has:

• An appropriate teaching qualification and is registered with SACE.
• Experience in a similar position (ISASA school and IEB curriculum experience will be advantageous) – minimum 2 years teaching experience.
• A good knowledge of and experience in teaching Natural Science, Physical Science and Life Science.
• strong set of teaching skills.
• An aptitude for innovative teaching methodologies.
• Strong communication, written, verbal, presentation and training skills.
• A collaborative, cooperative, and patient mindset.
• A willingness to participate in the cocurricular programme and all school activities as the school requires.
• A willingness to set assessments, mark Examination papers and help with the moderation of papers.
• A willingness to be a register class teacher.
• Aligns with the foundational values of the school’s Christian principles.
