College of the Arts (COTA) provides education and training to all Namibian high school students for different types of jobs that are in demand. They’re not only for people who haven’t completed NSSC-AS Level – many enrol at College of the Arts (COTA) to follow their desired courses and many other tertiary programmes on offer.

When is College of the Arts (COTA) online application closing date?
To all returning students, take note that registration starts on Monday, January 2022 only for those who are progressing to the next level. Students should have passed a minimum of 5 subjects to progress to the next level. All those who do not qualify to progress to the next level will be registered in early January 2022.

Here you get theoretical and practical training in various industries.
Requirements: Learners must be 16 years or older. There is a short test, as well as numeracy and literacy assessments and have an individual interview.

College of the Arts (COTA) bursaries
The Ministry of Education (MOE) Namibia has allocated N$1,2 billion to the College of the Arts (COTA) bursaries scheme to assist financially disadvantaged students. The bursary scheme is administered by the Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (College of the Arts (COTA) NSFAF), but you need to apply through college.
College of the Arts (COTA) Fees
Fees structure varies from course to course. Fees range from N$500 to N$30 000 fees to paying students.
Vacancies & Internship
College of the Arts (COTA) officially welcomed students to the Internship program. Each year a team of students leadership and service-learning are taken to a program operated by the institution in partnership with the department, each intern is placed into a role within a program that matches their specific interests, goals, and experience.
