Applications are invited for the following position:
High School Computer Applications Technology Teacher (Grade 10-12)
to commence duties in: Term 1 of 2026 or soonest thereafter
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Teaching CAT at FET level.
- Involvement in the pastoral and extracurricular programme of the school.
Required qualifications, competencies and experience:
- A recognised teaching qualification is imperative.
- Registration with SACE is a non-negotiable requirement.
- A minimum of three years’ teaching experience.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- A Police Clearance certificate will be required.
- Be passionate about education and working with children.
- Proven organisational and administration skills.
- Knowledge of latest teaching trends.
Advantageous:
- Teaching experience in Independent Schools would be an advantage.
- Experience using the Google Suite would be an advantage.
- The ability to teach another subject would be advantageous.
