HIGH SCHOOL FRENCH TEACHER
(Two year part-time contract)
Founded in 1877, Durban Girls’ College is a leading, independent, Christian girls’ school with a proud history that offers an innovative and relevant education for girls from Grade 00 to Grade 12.
The suitably qualified and experienced candidate should be dynamic, caring and innovative and have a progressive approach to teaching.
The successful candidate will be:
- Suitably qualified with 5 years’ experience
- have proven French 2nd Additional Language teaching experience (Grade 11 – 12)
- a team player, inventive in their approach to teaching, in alignment with the innovative philosophy of the school
- experienced and creative in the use of technology in education, and prepared to learn and grow in this area
- participate, attend/organise workshops, conferences and field trips
- IEB experience would be an advantage
- suitably qualified with a minimum of five years’ relevant experience
- an effective and accurate administrator
- SACE registered
- in possession of a current Police Clearance Certificate
