Intermediate Phase Teacher

St. George’s Grammar School is a vibrant, co-educational, inclusive and innovative independent school, preparing pupils for a successful future. We seek to appoint an energetic, dynamic and creative person to the position of Intermediate Phase School Teacher specialising in Mathematics and Afrikaans with the ability to teach Physical Education would be advantage. The position will commence on 01 January 2026.

The successful candidate will:

• Have suitable qualifications and a SACE registration certificate.
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of the general CAPS Curriculum across the phase with a special interest in teaching English, Afrikaans or Mathematics.
• Be innovative in their teaching methodologies with strong digital and technological skills.
• Have excellent organisational skills and sound interpersonal skills.
• Be passionate about teaching in an academically inclusive environment.
• Be flexible in both subject and grade teaching.
• Be open to working in an inclusive, faith-based environment.
• Be required to participate in our extra-mural programme.
