The Ministry of Education (MOE) Namibia has allocated N$1,2 billion to the Namibia University of Science and Technology bursaries scheme to assist financially disadvantaged students. The bursary scheme is administered by the Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (Namibia University of Science and Technology NSFAF), but you need to apply through college.
