The Ministry of Education (MOE) Namibia has allocated N$1,2 billion to the Namibian College of Open Learning (NAMCOL) bursaries scheme to assist financially disadvantaged students. The bursary scheme is administered by the Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (Namibian College of Open Learning (NAMCOL) NSFAF), but you need to apply through college.
