The Ministry of Education (MOE) Namibia has allocated N$1,2 billion to the Philippi Trust Namibia bursaries scheme to assist financially disadvantaged students. The bursary scheme is administered by the Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (Philippi Trust Namibia NSFAF), but you need to apply through college.
