Secondary Faculty Female Sport Co-ordinator

The successful candidate will enjoy working within a stimulating and innovative learning and teaching environment, surrounded by superior technology and facilities.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

TEACH: Physical Education lessons from Grades 7-12

COORDINATE: Boys & Girls hockey; Aquatics (Water Polo & swimming); Netball

COACH: Netball and/or Girls Hockey; Water polo; Swimming

As a member of the Parklands College Sport Department, the candidate must:

  • be suitably qualified with a relevant degree/diploma and hold a valid SACE
  • contribute positively towards the ethos of the College
  • be able to organise sporting events – official league matches and friendlies, festivals,
  • interhouse and internal events as well as clinics
  • have good organisational and administrative skills
  • be able in work in a fast pace environment
  • have the ability to commit to the demands of sporting practises, fixtures and events
  • have coaching experience in the above mentioned sports and contactable references
  • be dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative
  • be in possession of a valid Police clearance certificate:
    • cleared against the Criminal Clearance Register
    • cleared against the Child Protection Register
    • clearance against the National Register for Sex Offenders (Proof of receipt of Application)
