LeadMontessori Toddler Guide Vacancy – Ages 18 months to 3 years
Blue Moon Montessori School in Bergvliet are seeking a gentle, attentive, and skilled Montessori Toddler Guide to join our nurturing community. The ideal candidate has a deep respect for the developmental needs of the young child, models calm consistency, and creates an environment where independence, movement, and language flourish.
Essential Qualification – Recognised Montessori 0–3 qualification and experience. Other Montessori experience will be advantageous. Unfortunately, applicants without this qualification will not be considered.
Role Requirements
* Experience working with toddlers.
* Strong understanding of Montessori principles and early childhood development.
* Observation, record-keeping, and lesson-planning skills.
* Confident communication with parents.
* Calm, patient, and observant nature.
* Fluency in English in both speaking and written.
* Independent in material making and upkeep of the toddler environment indoors and outdoors.
* Appropriate music, movement and storytelling skills.
* Computer literate.
* Up-to-date police clearance.
Salary: Based on experience and qualification.
