Montessori Toddler Teacher (18–24 Months) – Full Time at Kiddies Club, Sinoville, Pretoria. We are looking for a warm, dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our team for our 18–24 month toddler class. This is a full-time role within a nurturing, child-centred environment that values independence, respect, and a love for learning.

Purpose of Role
This role exists to guide toddlers in line with Montessori principles, creating a safe and stimulating classroom where young children develop independence, confidence and social skills. The teacher will observe progress, support families and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Montessori Practice
- Guide and support toddlers in accordance with Montessori principles
- Prepare and maintain a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom
Child Development & Relationships
- Foster independence, confidence, and social development in young children
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observation & Administration
- Observe and track each child’s progress and development
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Montessori qualification or training (preferred)
Experience
- Relevant childcare/teaching experience (will be considered in place of formal qualification)
- Previous experience in a Montessori environment is highly advantageous
- Recent graduates with a strong passion for Montessori education are encouraged to apply
Competencies
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with toddlers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
