Morningside Montessori, founded in 2017, was the first Montessori Elementary School in Cyprus. It serves 60 students aged 6-12 and is expanding after relocating in September 2023 to a beautiful mansion on the outskirts of Nicosia. The serene setting supports learning and community growth. Purpose of Role
We are looking for a reliable, loving Montessori certified Lead Teacher (6-12) to join our team of educators. The role supports our Elementary programme, contributing to a nurturing environment that promotes student growth and curious learning.
Key Responsibilities
Educational Leadership
- Lead and guide Montessori Elementary activities for ages 6-12
- Foster a caring, student-centred learning environment
Programme Delivery
- Deliver approved curriculum and Montessori practices
- Monitor student progress and adapt activities to meet needs
Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive school culture
- Ensure compliance with school policies and health and safety guidelines
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Montessori qualifications (6-12)
- Bachelor degree in Teaching or Education is a plus
Experience
- +3 years experience at Elementary level

- Fluent English
