Sisekelo is looking for a Physical Education Teacher and Sports Coach – closing date is 24 of November 2025
Sisekelo is an independent, co-educational high school situated in the southern Lowveld of the Kingdom of Eswatini. It has an excellent academic record at the IEB-International Senior Certificate (ISC) level and a fine reputation of quality education which spans over thirty years.
PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER AND SPORTS COACH
Minimum Requirements:
* A Degree or Diploma in Sports Management, Physical Education, or Coaching.
* Proven experience in Sports Coordination and Physical Education instruction at school level.
* Relevant coaching qualification and/or experience in at least two sporting codes.
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Physical Education teacher and Sports Coach.
Key Competencies:
* Strong organizational ability to plan sports programs, fixtures, and events.
* Ability to coach and develop learners in multiple sports.
* Good communication and teamwork skills with students, parents, and staff.
* Demonstrated leadership and discipline in managing teams, training schedules, and competitions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach Physical Education across relevant grades.
* Coach learners in at least two sporting codes.
* Organize sports festivals, inter-school fixtures, and internal competitions.
* Work closely with the Head of Sports for UST Schools and collaborate with all school coaches.
* Assist in developing the school’s sports program and maintaining high performance standards.
* Ensure learner participation, discipline, and safety during all sports activities.
