To check the status of your SASSA SRD R350 grant banking details, you can use the following methods:

Online

1. Go to the SASSA SRD website: https://srd.sassa.gov.za/
2. Click on the “SC19” tab
3. Enter your South African ID number and the phone number you used to apply for the grant
4. Click on the “Submit” button

You will be able to see the status of your banking details, as well as your grant application status.

WhatsApp

1. Send a WhatsApp message to 082 046 8553
2. In the message, type “SRD status”
3. You will receive a reply with a link to the SASSA SRD website
4. Click on the link and follow the instructions above to check the status of your banking details

SMS

1. Send an SMS to 082 046 8553
2. In the SMS, type “SASSA SRD status”
3. You will receive a reply with the status of your grant application, including the status of your banking details

Call center

1. Call the SASSA SRD call center on 0800 601 011
2. When prompted, enter your South African ID number
3. You will be connected to an agent who can help you check the status of your banking details

Please note: The SASSA SRD call center is very busy, so it may take some time to get through.

Once you have checked the status of your banking details, you can check your balance by contacting your bank or using your bank’s mobile app or website.
